The brief.

Our now long-term friends at Ralph and Co. approached us back in March 2019, they’d already built a solid foundation, with their products being stocked in a number of well-known retailers across the UK and Europe. They were no strangers to the social space, but after dabbling in the online e-commerce market they were in need of an expert social-first agency that would come in, improve the current output and scale their operation, opening up revenues most importantly across Facebook and Instagram advertising. Alongside this they were looking for a partner that could really get to grips with their brand, improving engagement across their social media channel’s and developing an aesthetic that represented the quality of the products.

How we did it.

Accompanied by a great product collection and solid brand ethos, we set about achieving Ralph and Co a few things. A newly refreshed, thumb-stopping social presence that set them above the rest. But most importantly, creating social campaigns that don’t just look pretty, they deliver return.

The strat.

As with all our projects our initial approach was to create a clear social strategy for the guys over at Ralph & Co. Initially we started with a full audit of their previous efforts, looking at the brands key goals and aspirations for the next 12 months. We put together a simple yet comprehensive plan outlining how to add the up-most value to the customer journey, both from a branding perspective through to the point of purchase. We delved deep, establishing the brand aims, creating a plan of attack across both organic and paid social advertising.

Implementation.

From there we put together a full blueprint of activity across both organic, paid social and google ads leveraging all platforms to create a genuinely pleasing and consistent aesthetic for the brand.  Quarterly content plans helped us achieve this, aligning closely with the key drops from the client and key periods of the year.

Optimisation.

As the project has grown in size and budgets have increased. We’ve been able to further test audiences and open up new markets as they expand into international waters. Optimisation is key to all projects and on a daily, weekly and monthly basis we review all aspects of our output to ensure we are iterating and improving.
